About

Nestled in the village of Fairwarp, The Foresters Arms is a great example of a vibrant, village pub dedicated to its community. Surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside, close to Ashdown Forest and Brickfield Meadow Nature Reserve, its setting is both serene and picturesque. Village fetes and pub cricket tournaments are a popular pastime at the Foresters Arms, as well as regular music nights featuring Rock, Pop, Post-Punk and Ska genres.

With low ceilings, wooden beams and open fire it will transport you back in time to the days when pubs were always cosy, warm and welcoming. Driving into the village on a dark night to be greeted with the lights of the pub provide a totally different evening to another that a town pub could offer.

We pride ourselves in providing the best environment  for our customers. Whether you need a space to work quietly with free WiFi, somewhere to relax or grab a bite, we want you to feel like you are in a home away from home.

All of this, along with its fantastic home cooked food, from our extensive main menu to our fantastic Sunday Roasts, with all the trimmings, together with our delicious selection of desserts and children’s favourites, we think we’ve got everything covered.

Its beautiful, large beer garden makes this charming pub the perfect place to relax and socialise in traditional surroundings.
